Sales Force Outsourcing:

Mars Belgium outsources its sales representatives team for the Out-Of-Home environment (small groceries, newspaper shops, petrol stations, …).

Their mission is to perform a quantitative (sales) and qualitative (reward program, merchandising) work.

The team is responsible for order taking (displays) and ex-car sales.

The project manager manages the sales force and analyses their productivity and sales results, sends reports, organizes meetings, takes care of the invoices and collects feedback.
