The merchandising activities relate to ensuring products are displayed properly and in the right quantities on agreed feature per customer cycle, merchandising will take place during the promotional build week & will be required there in after in order to replenish stock in store to ensure adequate sell out. Our Methodology

The Pepsico merchandising team exists of ca. 40 trained part-time merchandisers.

Their mission is visiting retail stores to ensure the merchandising activities for all Pepsico brands (Lay’s, Duyvis, Doritos, Tropicana, Looza, Quaker,…).

  • Remodelings
  • Installations
  • Product rotations

1 Signing in & out of the store
2 Contact the store/floor manager
3 Rotating stock and replenishing fixture/stand
4 Assuring planogram compliance
5 Checking for out of dates, remove to back up credit & destroy
6 Building promo displays
